Who We Are
AIR, LLC was founded in January 2025 by Brad Wadsworth and is based in Altoona, Iowa. From the start, our focus has been on helping homeowners identify and address the sources of discomfort in their homes — the drafts that creep in on cold mornings, the rooms that never seem to cool down in summer, and the energy that escapes through undetected gaps and insufficient insulation.
Our name reflects our focus: air — the flow of it, the sealing of it, and the quality of it inside your home. We approach every project with a building-science mindset, assessing your home as a system rather than treating isolated symptoms.
We serve homeowners in Altoona and the surrounding Iowa communities, and we welcome inquiries from anywhere in the region.

In addition to serving individual homeowners, AIR, LLC works with community action agencies and weatherization assistance programs on residential energy projects. We bring the same diagnostic approach and quality of workmanship to program-funded projects, and we understand the documentation and compliance requirements they involve.
